What we collect

  • Demo requests. If you fill in the “Book a demo” form: your name, your work email, and the page, product and language the request came from. Nothing is collected unless you send the form.
  • Technical logs. On every visit, our front-end server records the IP address, the date and time, the page requested and technical details of the request (browser, response code).
  • Nothing else. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising. Fonts and images are served from our own servers, so no third party learns about your visit.

Why, and on what basis

  • To answer your request and arrange a demo: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
  • To keep the site secure and working (abuse detection, troubleshooting): our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Who receives your data

  • Your request is forwarded by email to our team. We do not sell your data or share it with marketing partners.
  • Our front-end server is a dedicated server at OVHcloud in the European Union. The site itself runs on servers we operate in the United Kingdom, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection.
  • Emails are stored by our email provider, Google (Google Workspace). Google may process them outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom; these transfers are covered by the standard contractual clauses in Google's data processing terms.

How long we keep it

  • Demo requests: 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.
  • Technical logs: overwritten automatically, in practice after a few days.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, and ask for data portability. Write to us at the address above; we reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency (Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades, APDA) or to the data protection authority of your country of residence.
